No. The 30-day Pro trial requires nothing. We charge only if you stay past day 30, and you can cancel inside the app any time.

Can I mix competitors, customers and prospects?

Yes. A seat is one account, regardless of type. You can change a competitor into a customer mid-month and we re-train the triage prompt overnight.

When do I get my first digest?

Agents start scanning within minutes of adding an account. Your first digest arrives the following Monday at 6 AM — or sooner if you trigger one manually.

What if a competitor blocks scraping?

We respect robots.txt by default and rotate IPs to avoid detection. If a site actively blocks, we flag it and suggest RSS, LinkedIn, or PH as fallback sources.

What happens if I downgrade?

You keep your data and history. We pause monitoring on accounts that exceed your new plan's limit until you re-select which ones to keep active.
